Leads for Paid Media Agency - Home & Garden Brands
This project was carried out for a leading UK-based paid media agency specializing in home, garden, and lifestyle brands. The agency offers paid search, paid social, creative services, and digital strategy to its e-commerce clients.
Project Background & Requirements
Unlike traditional lead generation projects, this campaign demanded high-quality cold outreach data that couldn't be scraped from LinkedIn or standard databases. The client needed verified brand contacts that met strict criteria:
- Industries: Home, Garden & Lifestyle
- Target Revenue: Brands under £10M annually
- Product Pricing: Minimum £50 per product
- Location: 20 major cities across the United Kingdom
Challenges & Approach
Because relevant brand data wasn’t available via LinkedIn or Apollo, we relied heavily on Google Maps and manual research. Phase 1 of the project yielded 11,000 leads, which the client approved after review. From there, we built a refined process that excluded duplicates and irrelevant contacts using a custom 11K skip list.
To scale lead volume and improve precision, we targeted business categories across 20 hand-picked UK cities. This manual approach ensured only relevant brands meeting all financial and product-based criteria were included.
