GYP did a wonderful job on a difficult assignment. They were asked to learn a set of criteria to evaluate a (long) list of acquisition targets using various sources of information. The criteria were not black and white and required judgment. They learned quickly what I was looking for, demonstrated great judgment, and asked for feedback regularly. They delivered high quality work before schedule!
